Accounting Clerk
Role:
Summit Earthworks has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Accounting Clerk in Mission, BC. We are looking for an open-minded individual that has a positive attitude and enjoys working in a team environment. This is a Temp-to-Permanent opportunity to work closely with our accounting team. Responsibilities:
- Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Interacting with management, customers, and vendors
- Collaborating with the Projects’ Team to verify expenses and reconcile accounts
- Maintaining organized records of invoices, payments, and related transactions
Qualifications:
- Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable experience required
- 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably within the construction industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Strong drive for continuous process improvement and efficiency enhancement
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration is preferred
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with different departments

Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Salary:
- $25-$32 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
