A Significant Milestone

After extensive engineering, planning and permitting, were excited to announce our newest Soil Management Centre – Summit West @ Derwent Way, New Westminster, has reached a significant milestone.

The completed pour of the re-inforced concrete slab will support the walls and prefabricated vinyl roof structure, and we are looking forward to a late summer completion of all the land-based infrastructure.

Our next phase will focus on the Marine infrastructure that will allow for the conveying and barge loading of bulk material from this soil transfer station to our treatment facility in Mission BC.

When completed, our transfer facility will be able to accept contaminated soils above industrial standards (IL+) below Hazardous Waste. When fully operational, this facility based in the heart of Metro Vancouver, will significantly reduce the carbon footprint from reduced truck traffic for our clients and existing partners.
